Returns, Exchanges, & Shipping Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Life happens; we get it. We will happily accept returns for any valid reason, so long as the tags are still attached and the garment in new condition. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we’ll arrange for the return. We will refund you the full purchase price when the item is returned in new condition with tags still attached. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we made a mistake in your original order. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Damaged items will be refunded in full, including the original shipping cost. 

I changed my mind. Can I exchange this for something else?

Absolutely! So long as the garment is in unworn condition and the tags are still attached, we will happily exchange your item for any item of equal value, or apply that value toward a different item.

What if the garment is worn or tags have been removed?

While we cannot offer a full refund, we may be able to offer partial store credit in exchange, depending on the condition of the garment.

 

DELIVERY POLICIES

We are not mass-produced in a factory in China; your garments are made locally by real people! We craft your garment within 7 business days of receiving your order and ship via Purolator.

Where do you ship?

At this time, we are happy to offer shipping across Canada and the United States (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories). 

I can’t wait. When will it get here?

Within Canada, delivery takes between 3-10 business days depending on your location. If you would like expedited shipping, that is available for an extra charge.

Delivery to the United States typically takes 7-14 business days from the date it is shipped. (That sucks; we know. But good things come to those who wait!) 

It’s been forever. Where’s my package?!

Please contact Chrissy if you feel your item is taking too long to arrive (see described delivery times in the Shipping Policy section above). We handle delays on a case-by-case basis.

PLEASE NOTE: all stated delivery times above are approximate. It is very rare, but sometimes there can be slight delivery delays for reasons outside our control. (Remember that time the Postal Service went on five weeks of rotating strike? Fun times. Or if you’re ordering from the United States, it’s possible your order is held up at customs.)
